De Dolle Koster

Utrecht, summer 1729: a sexton catches two men in an intimate moment in the Dom Tower and betrays them to cover up his own misconduct. Exhibition at the Dom Church

Six perspectives on 200 years of Dom Square; Six students from the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU), at the invitation of the Dom Church, immersed themselves in the history and present-day significance of 200 years of Dom Square. Together, they each developed a unique perspective — primarily in black and white — on the history of Dom Square. The students are Fabiënne Mokkum, Emily van den Brink, Mars Kooijman, Tessa Herber, Daphne Wieringa, and Amy Simsek. In an exhibition at the Dom Church, they will share their perspectives with visitors from 14 August through 5 October and invite every visitor to look at Dom Square with a fresh perspective.
